In the ancient science of Ayurveda, gut health is more than just a modern wellness trend—it is the foundation of overall well-being. Known as "Agni", or the digestive fire, the gut plays a central role in physical, mental, and emotional health. Long before contemporary medicine linked gut microbiomes with immunity and mood, Ayurveda emphasized that a strong digestion is the cornerstone of vitality.

Understanding Agni: The Digestive Fire

  1. Daily Routines (Dinacharya)

Practices like tongue scraping, oil pulling, and Abhyanga (self-massage) help remove Ama and keep digestive organs in good condition.

  1. Detox and Rejuvenation (Panchakarma)

Ayurveda recommends seasonal cleansing through Panchakarma therapies to reset the digestive system and clear deep-seated toxins.
