Morning: Waking with the Sun

The body responds best when it's in rhythm with nature.

● Wake by 6 AM (before sunrise) to align with the body’s natural cortisol peak.

● Cleanse the senses: tongue scraping, oil pulling, a warm water sip with lemon.
